Valarie Sampson is a life-long resident of South Bar and has a combined twenty-five years experience in the new home construction and real estate industry. In 1996 she graduated from UCCB with a degree in Business Administration and continued to work in the construction industry serving as Executive Officer of the Home Builders Association, President of the CB Home Builders’ Association and Secretary of the Nova Scotia Home Builders’ Association. In 2004 Valarie received her Real Estate license and worked very hard to achieve a number of honours for her hard work and dedication.

After six years and successive growth within the industry, Valarie has taken the steps to go forward with a new, privately held, full service real estate brokerage located in downtown Sydney. The offices are located “The Cunningham Building” at 602 George Street.
