Designed by internationally-renowned architect Brian MacKay-Lyons, Smith House is the most exquisite estate, encompassing the finest materials, technology and views. The homesite meticulously planned over a two-acre, double lot that allows for expansion and 230+ feet of ocean frontage consists of three pavilions, made absolutely modern through their cladding and minimalist detailing, perched on a stone acropolis, like a ruin protected by Corten steel roofs.
